When Shopping for books there are tons of options out there. Although over the years of dedication to my reading habits I have found a few gems of book shopping resources.
Well first of all I have developed a method of sorts for where I make my book purchases. That I will explan as we discuss the book sites or locations.
1. Bookoutlet

Bookoutlet.com is a discounted book ordering website. When I want a book I check if Bookoutlet has it available frist cause the deals are unbeatable. There is always a great sale going on and often when you recieve your order you will get a five dollars off coupon code for your next order. Bookoutlet looks to cater to the consumer, great services, quick delivery, and great quality. The only downfall of bookoutlet is the site may not have a book I am looking for at the time. Although you pay shipping it is decent and worth the deals. I give the business a 9.5 out of 10.
2. BetterWorldBooks

Another one of my favorite book ordering sites is betterworldbooks.com. BetterWorldBooks is a great site, offering deals on new and used books, free shipping worldwide, and helps a cause. BetterWorldBooks much like the name suggest looks to better the world with your purchase. Evertime you purchase a book on BetterWorldBooks a book is donated to those who don't have the greates of access to books. For more info on the impact of BetterWorldBooks click here. My only complaint is sometimes the packaging seems a bit lacking and I worry of shipping hazards. I give BetterWorldBooks a 9 out of 10.
3. Amazon

This choice is more than likely of a choice for some book enthusiast. Amazon.com today is highly popular for online shopping and has become a large industry of recent years. Amazon offers new and used books, offering a quality detail listing, as well as a comparison price listing, sometimes offering free shipping. Amazon is nice for many people will list their products on the site to reach a larger market. Amazon also offers a large market of e-books for e-reader users, often offering free e-book deals. Although if I don't have the money to spare on shipping I often look toward other options or sometimes Amazon has a title unavailable in the format I desire. I give Amazon a 8 out of 10.
4. The Book Depository

My next suggested resource is bookdepository.com. The Book Depository works with mny book bloggers, offering a large selection. What I enjoy about The Book Depository is the availability of a title and quality. Pricing can be decent but is often top asking price. Although like BetterWorldBooks offers free worldwide shipping. I give The Book Depository Site a rating of 8.5 out of 10.
5. Local Book Shops

If you love a more personal shpping experience I suggest going to a local book store, or used bookstore. I love browsing and the benefits of purchasing my books from a local shop. When you purchase from a physical location you don't pay for shipping, you are first presented with the book quality, you get the browsing experience. I love looking at books, being able to first hand look over the product, with no wait time for delivery. It can be also be benefical to support small businesses within your neighborhood. The downfall being you would always find what you are looking for, but you may leave with something you didn't know you needed till you browsed. Local shop rate a 8 out of 10.
